Watch Out For Kids!

How many kids are at your house? Some families have __7_____ kids and others have ___2__ kids. No matter how many kids there are, we all need to remember to do certain things, like brushing our __pretty finger____, combing our _elbow_, and wearing clean __sweaters_. We should eat healthy food for breakfast, like _apples_. One boy we know, named __Dylan____, forgot where he put his shoes. When he woke up and got dressed, he looked for his shoes in the _bathroom______, the __back porch______, and finally in the __kitchen_____,where his shoes were behind a __house_____. The family pet, which is a ___horse____, had chewed the shoes all up, making them look really __tall__! Our friend had to borrow shoes from his __aunt____, and they were ___4__ sizes too big! Kids need to play it safe at home and at school and other places, like __Chinese restaurants____. When you cross a street, you should look both ways to see if a _wagon__ is coming. Play it safe by looking back and forth __7____ times. When it is safe to cross, remember to walk and not run, especially if you are carrying something big like a _door_ in your arms. The school nurse wants to help everyone to play it safe. She may check your eyes to see if you can see a _tree____ that is on her wall. She might check your __arm_____ to see if it’s nice and straight. If it is not, then she might send a letter to your parents. They might read the letter and take you to your doctor, who might say you have to wear a __building_____ on that part of your body. When you cough, germs come flying out of your __leg______. So cover that place with a __house____ when you cough. Play it safe with your pets, especially if you have a __kangaroo____ or a __dragon____, because these pets need a lot of _bad_____ care. They need plenty of __cake_____ to eat and __iced tea_____ to drink, and a clean __boy____ to sleep on. One girl we all know, named __Cindy______, took her pet ____Lion____ to bed with her, and in the middle of the night, her pet jumped out the window and ran away with the pet ___squirrel____ that lived next door! So make sure your pets can’t run away, or they might run all the way to ___London____. Watch the weather, kids! If there is a thunderstorm, do not stand under a ___tree____, because it might get hit by a lightning bolt. We want everyone to be healthy and grow up to be an __Optometrist______.
